The villa is located along the Orihuela Costa within the region of Costa Blanca. It is situated some 45 kilometers from the city of Alicante and 7 kilometers from the typical Spanish marina town of Torrevieja.
There are numerous bars, restaurants, cafés and street markets all within easy walking distance of the villa.

Nearby are theme parks, aqua parks, and the pine forest of Dehesa de Compamor. The whole coastline is dotted with fine sandy beaches with crystal clear water. There are three excellent golf courses all within easy reach, and the renowned La Manga Golf resort is a mere 45 minutes away.

This area of Orihuela Costa has average temperatures of 20°c rising to 30°c in the summer. It boasts a minimum of 300 sunny days a year and has been described by the World Health Organisation as among the healthiest climates in the world.
